DollieFactory is a specialist store for genuine WM dolls. Every product is a real factory item shipped directly from the manufacturer, and our support team is reachable before and long after your order. We only accept orders from customers aged 18 or over.

TPE is soft, lifelike and more affordable, making it the most popular choice. Silicone is firmer, less porous, easier to clean and handles finer skin detail at a higher price. Both are body-safe, odor-free materials used by WM — your choice depends on budget and the feel you prefer.

Pick a body, choose a compatible head, then select skin tone, hair, eye color and other options on the product page. If you need help combining options, contact our support team before ordering and we will walk you through it.

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe as well as PayPal, all on an SSL-encrypted checkout. Your statement will not reference the product contents.

Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded, fully sealed box with no product images or sensitive wording. Available shipping methods and delivery times are shown at checkout.

In-stock items can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. Made-to-order dolls enter production quickly, so contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you exactly what can still be adjusted.

Clean with lukewarm water and mild, non-alcoholic soap after each use, dry thoroughly, and apply renewal powder regularly. Store in a cool, dry place in a neutral pose, and avoid sharing or using incompatible lubricants. A full care guide arrives with every order.
